🇮🇹 Hey Folks! Chef Embardino and family have arrived in Wisconsin! He and his son Mario were in yesterday working on and planning some great menu items for this week that we know you'll enjoy! Please plan on visiting with us this week!

Schedule:

📌Wednesday and Thursday: Grandma Sicilian Pizza tonight...until sold out.

📌Friday and Saturday: King Italian Subs

📌Special Appetizers both days

✅️Wednesday's "spesh" will be a "Grandma Sicilian ( square ) pizza! A totally different dough and crust crafting process is the foundation for this delicious square pie! Absolutely 👌 delizioso!

We will have a limited amount of these delicious pizzas available Wednesday and Thursday, so please call ahead to reserve your Grandma Sicilian pizza if you want to ensure that you do get one.

Additionally, there will be some authentic American Italian appetizers and other east coast Italian treats available this week which will be listed on our in house specials board and posted on this page.

✅️Friday and Saturday, please join us to enjoy some Authentic east coast New York-Style subs! Crafted on premise-made sub rolls, with seven Italian meats...you'd have to travel 1000 miles east to get Italian Subs like these.

📌Chef Embardino will be around every day this week, so please stop by and give him a warm midwest greeting!

🇮🇹Hey Folks! Tonight we'll have a very limited amount of Italian Sausage Sandwiches. These sandwiches are topped with loads of green and red peppers and Vidalia onions! Made famous back east at Italian Festivals, Italian Church events and especially on Arthur Avenue in the Little Italy section of the Bronx, they are as tasty as they are popular! 🇮🇹 Good Morning Folks!
It's Sunday... Sauce Day! So get that marinara on the stove!

Well, it's been a crazy busy week and today we'll be spending time with family. We hope that you'll be able to spend time today with your loved ones as well. It makes all that we do worthwhile seeing our family on Sundays, so we look forward to it every weekend. It was Pete's as well as our son Michael's birthday last Monday, so the entire family got together and enjoyed a nice evening out to dinner. Life moves so fast for sure, and family times are precious.

✅️On the 15th of this month our dear friend, Chef Joey Embardino, will be making the trek to Wisconsin from the east coast! Joey will be our guest chef that week and we will have some special items on the menu that week. Some of the special menu items will be available only by pre-order, so please follow this page for details! We are looking forward to seeing our old friend as well as introducing him to our family of guests here at Petrosino's!

🇮🇹 It was nice to visit with some of you again this past week. It's hard to get out of the kitchen most of evenings but I always look forward to seeing you all.
On behalf of our family, we would like to thank you for sharing in our passion for pizza!

🇮🇹 Good morning Folks!

It's Saturday, so we'll be serving up our absolutely delicious Italian Beef and Meatball Sandwiches today!

👌We served alot of Meatball Sandwiches yesterday and received many great comments about our marinara that we made especially for the meatballs sandwiches. Yes, it's a totally different sauce that you'll find on our pizzas. We are not a "one sauce fits all" kitchen!😆

One of our family of guests even wanted to buy a few quarts of the sauce to take home... ( sorry, our sauce is not available to take home...yet!)

We finish our Meatball Sub with a our own blend of spices, shaved Asiago cheese and fresh Italian parsley! We think you'll ❤️ this one... we sure do!
