1. Grilled Salmon
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture over both sides of the salmon fillets.
4. Grill salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through and grill marks appear.
5. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
2. Baked Salmon
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with foil.
3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon.
4. Sprinkle garlic, dill, salt, and pepper evenly.
5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
6. Serve warm.
3. Garlic Butter Salmon
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
2. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Place salmon fillets in the pan and cook for 4 minutes per side.
4. Spoon garlic butter sauce over the salmon while cooking.
5. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve hot.
4. Honey Garlic Salmon
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1/4 cup honey
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thicker sauce)
Instructions
1. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and cornstarch in a bowl.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add salmon fillets and cook for 3–4 minutes per side.
4. Pour honey garlic sauce over salmon.
5. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the fish.
6. Serve with rice or vegetables.
5. Teriyaki Salmon
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tbsp honey
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 2 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
1. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, vinegar, and cornstarch.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.
3. Cook salmon fillets for 4 minutes per side.
4. Pour teriyaki sauce into the pan.
5. Simmer until sauce thickens and glazes the salmon.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
6. Salmon with Creamy Sauce
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
3. Cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
5. Add chicken broth and cream, then simmer for 3 minutes.
6. Add tomatoes and Parmesan cheese, stir well.
7. Return salmon to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes.
8. Serve hot with pasta or mashed potatoes.
