We are so excited!! Our Sou Chef nephew held it down and executed when the Executive Chef had to make a run.. Sou Chef Waleek didnt miss a beat. He was given the instructions and executed each detail to the buffet bar. Doesn't it look amazing. The food presentation! All I can say is wow. A great asset to the Moody family business.
