❤️🍴 HI FOODIE FRIENDS! 🍴❤️

We have a little schedule update for you this week! We will be CLOSED Wednesday and Thursday, but we will be OPEN during the Heritage Flight Festival with extended hours! ✈️ More details coming soon, so stay tuned!

This week, we are taking a little time to honor and remember our beloved Franco. ❤️

As many of you know, we lost Franco a year ago following complications from a failed heart transplant surgery. This past year has been one of the hardest adjustments of our lives as we navigated a new reality without him while continuing to carry on the dream he loved so much: Franco the Foodie.

The restaurant was always Franco’s dream, and he was blessed to live a beautiful life while making that dream a reality. Through his passion for cooking, food, and connecting with people, he touched so many lives. He had a way of making people feel welcome, sharing a laugh, telling a story, and bringing people together around a good meal.

So many of you have shared how fond you were of Franco, how much you enjoyed his presence, and the memories you made with him at the restaurant. Every story, kind word, and heartfelt message you have shared means more to us than you could ever know. We are incredibly grateful that you take the time to tell us about the moments you shared with him.

Franco truly was one of a kind. He had a gift for making life more joyful, sharing his love of food, and leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. He was passionate about what he did, proud of the restaurant he built, and happiest when he was cooking, creating, and bringing people together. We feel so fortunate that he had the opportunity to pursue his dream and do what he loved.

As we reflect on the beautiful life he lived and the lasting impact he made, we want to express our deepest and most sincere gratitude to all of our customers, friends, and family.

Thank you for your love, kindness, encouragement, and unwavering support throughout this past year. Thank you for continuing to show up for us, supporting the restaurant, sharing your memories, and reminding us that Franco's passion and spirit continue to touch lives.

You have helped us carry on his dream in ways we could never have imagined. Every order, every kind message, every familiar face, and every story shared helps keep a little piece of Franco alive in the restaurant he loved so much. We are forever grateful.

In honor of Franco's memory, we would love to share some treasured moments from his life. Moments that capture his passion, his joy, his love for others, and the beautiful person he will always be to us.

Although we miss him more than words can express, we are so thankful for the life we shared with him, the memories he gave us, and the love he left behind. His legacy lives on through his family, his friends, his customers, and the dream he worked so hard to make a reality.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever our Foodie.
