Well… that escalated quickly. It absolutely saddens us to make this post, as we genuinely believed we had a few more weekends left in us. But as anyone familiar with the crawfish business knows — the market can shift overnight. When we went to restock for this weekend, we were met with the unfortunate news that there were no crawfish available for pickup. Our suppliers have officially wrapped up for the season as well.

With that, Boiler Room Crawfish & More is officially closed for the 2025 crawfish season.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who supported us this year — especially over the past month as we navigated unexpected staffing challenges and changing hours. Your patience and encouragement meant the world. We’re committed to coming back stronger next season, with consistent hours and a fully staffed team ready to serve you!

Until then, we’ll see you in December/January for the start of the 2026 season!

*Important Update*

As we near the end of the 2025 crawfish season, we’ve made the decision to close every Tuesday through Thursday for the remainder of the season. This change will help us continue serving you as long as possible before the season wraps up very soon.

We’ll remain open every Friday(5p-10p), Saturday(12p-10p), and Sunday(12p-8p) without exception.🦞🔥🦞🔥

Once we know what our last day of operation will be, we will make a post beforehand so you can stop by to get in one last crawfish fix! Also, if we’re ever able to open on a weekday outside of that schedule, we’ll post here the morning of to give you a heads-up!

We truly appreciate yall’s support, patience, and understanding — it means the world to us. Thank you for sticking with us through it all. ❤️🦞

We will be closed this evening, Thursday, May 29, 2025.

We sincerely apologize for the recent and unexpected changes to our hours over the past few weeks. Due to unforeseen staffing challenges, we’ve had to make some difficult adjustments, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

We’re working hard behind the scenes to return to our regular schedule as soon as possible and ensure the quality of service you expect and deserve.
