Perfect seasonal pasta dish!
Just made it for family dinner with my mom, sisters and their families. A butternut squash sauce with ricotta, chopped bacon and chives. So fast and easy and SO delish!

Want a carb free, easy dinner that everyone will eat?? Simple grilled chicken topped with a Brussel sprouts salad with toasted pine nuts, shaved Parmesan and chopped apples. Love a sweet and salty combination!

Sautéed this spiraled zucchini in olive oil over high heat with lots of garlic and basil and added it to spaghetti, topped it with grated Parmesan and grilled shrimp. Such a fresh, summer meal. You can also add grilled chicken, steak or salmon. Yum!!!!!

This was delicious! Thinly sliced sirloin steak over arugula, topped with shaved park and drizzled with olive oil and balsamic. It was amazing! LOVE Malaparte in the city!!!❤️❤️❤️

Orzo with roasted tomatoes topped with grilled shrimp simply marinated with oil, lemon juice, she and pepper. Simple and delicious.

A yummy salad made with roasted tomatoes, shaved Brussels sprouts and grilled chicken! I added chopped pistachio nuts, shaved Parmesan, arugula and a olive oil/lemon juice vinaigrette!

What to do with a rotisserie chicken for an easy, fast dinner? A healthier taco night! Shred the chicken and put all different toppings in bowls for kids to add to a hard taco or flour tortilla. Mango, avocado, tomatoes, cabbage salad, beans and cheese. Yum!

A delicious salad with all leftovers-grilled salmon, mesclun salad, lentils and farro. Add a olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and done. So easy, filling and healthy!
