On behalf of Glenda's husband and her family, I would like to thank everyone for your generosity, love, and support to both Glenda and the family. The turnout for her services last evening and today were nothing short of what I imagined. She was loved by all! :)

I know it wore down her body. I know it exhausted her strength. And I know it took her life. But cancer couldn't dim her smile or the love she had for life or the people in her life! Viewing to be held at Smith's Funeral Home, Duncannon, Pa. on Tuesday February 3rd from 6-8pm and on Wednesday February 4th from 10-11am with services to follow. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Watts Buffalo Community Center directly after the services. I ask that you please refrain from calling the family at this time.

My apologies to everyone. I misunderstood the info given to me. Gina Lukens Saltzburg (Glenda's sister) posted yesterday to my post from on 12/21: We regret to inform you all that the above information was a misunderstanding and is incorrect. Glenda got her results today. The Lung cancer continues to improve but it is not gone. She is presently continuing her chemo treatments. We ask for your continued prayers and support. Keep storming the gates of heaven, the Miracle is on the way. Merry Christmas to you all!!

Glenda received her Christmas Miracle! A recent PET Scan showed the spot of Lung Cancer is gone. She returns in January to see how the spots of brain cancer are doing. I had the opportunity of visiting with Glenda and Mike last evening, it was so nice to see her full of her spark and s***k!
