The Upgrade You Have Been Waiting For 📈🌮

We do not do basic at Birria Haus so we leveled up!

We officially ditched the grill because our new Shredded Chicken is now Slow Braised using the same traditional method as our Famous Brisket for a deeper flavor that melts in your mouth 🫠

Taste the difference on our new Toasted Haus Taco Plate for a lighter option:

The Crunch: Two tacos toasted to perfection with a kiss of olive oil.

The Protein: Choice of our NEW slow braised chicken, famous brisket birria, or locally sourced Al Pastor.

The Haus Way: We keep it crispy by serving the lettuce, tomato, Haus Salsa, and Haus Crema on the side. No soggy tacos and No shortcuts.

Birria is tradition, but we’re here to remix the rules. ⚡️

When we started this family shop, we knew we wanted to bring a different energy to New Braunfels. It’s never been just about the beef—we’re putting that same craft into our Chicken, Al Pastor, and cheese-only plates that hit just as hard.

Huge thanks to Community Impact for recognizing the "twist" we’re bringing to the street food scene. We’re just the underdogs obsessed with the grind and keeping it consistent for the people who show up for us every day. 🤘
