**HERE IT IS Y'ALL!! I JUST RECEIVED MY 2027 EVENT PLANNER AND WE ALL KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS**. 🥰

Gigi's Burgers & More is starting a little Early but, we are now Booking Events for 2027. After I Input our Recurring Contract Events I'll have a good idea of Dates we have Available.

I would certainly Recommend that if you have an Event ANYTIME Next Year and would like to Book our Food Truck please reach out sooner rather than later.

Over the past 5+ years, by Mid-March we are Fully Booked for every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday of every month. I do know that for 2027 we will have a few Fridays and Saturdays available because we have made some changes. We will have a few Mondays and Tuesdays that will be available too.

THANK YOU ALL so much for the support over the better part of the last Decade!!! We are so excited to see what 2027 brings and we would Love to be part of your Public/Private Events, Communities, Apartment Complexes, Bars/Breweries, Block Parties or City/Town/County Events.

Tues. 8a-2p Craven Community College (C.O.W Fair)

Wed. 11-2p Prison in Vanceboro (This Is A Public Event)!!

Thurs. 5-7:30p Comet West New Bern Apartments (New "Comet Burger")

Fri. Private Event (Deer Season Party)

Sat. 5-7:30p Hudson at Carolina Colours (New "Hudson Burger")

Sun. OFF? (Possible Make-Up Event Trent Woods)??

We are very excited to see everyone this week. As you'll notice on the schedule we are Creating New "Specialty Burgers" for ALL the Places we go on a consistent basis 🍔!! We will also have our Amazing Italian Dishes 🇮🇹!! My Homemade Rigatoni Puttanesca MIGHT be making an appearance this week 🇮🇹??

We have our Full Menu Today. We also have an "Off The Menu" Item that you can ask about at the Truck. I would definitely recommend calling in your orders at 401-347-9185.

Today marks 16yrs OFF of Hard Drugs and Hard Alcohol!!! Technically it was October 5th at 11:58 p.m.

I could not have done it without the Support from an Amazing Team of Counselors, My Family and Especially Nina Sunderland!!! Also, this book helped quite a bit. It was given to me by a Judge after being in a very intense program for 18 months. It was a lot of hard work, a lot of dedication and a lot of persistence.

Also, I truly feel that Cooking Saved My Life. Because being a Chef is a very intense job it really helped take my mind off of getting high and getting drunk all the time.

If anyone out there is struggling please keep in mind there are places to get help but YOU HAVE TO WANT IT!!

**IMPORTANT ANALYTIC INFO FOR THE FOOD TRUCKS OUT THERE**!

Did you know on your Facebook Dashboard there are more analytics you can use to grow your business?? It took me a lot of time and research to figure all of this out.

There is NO CHARGE for me to help you. I'm not looking to make any money! I am looking to help Food Trucks Understand the Intricacies of this Business so they don't FAIL within the FIRST 6 TO 8 MONTHS!! And Trust Me I've seen way too many FAIL because they thought "LET ME JUST BUY A FOOD TRUCK/TRAILER, SELL SOME FOOD OUT OF IT AND BECOME A MILLIONAIRE REAL QUICK"!?!

You can set your Weekly Goals or you can have Facebook set Goals for you. Either way it gives you something to strive for which in turn will hopefully help your Food Truck thrive and survive. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or would like help setting this option up.
