🚧 Construction is wrapping up… and the fun is just getting started. 👨‍🍳✨

While the finishing touches are happening around Brasserie 1796, our kitchen magician, Chef Chad, and our fearless leader, Billy, have been busy creating and perfecting dishes for our opening menu.

Crafted with fresh Georgia peaches (because let’s be honest… nothing beats a Georgia peach! 😉) and fresh-picked blueberries from Comstock, Michigan, it’s the perfect balance of bright, refreshing summer flavor.

We’ve been stocking the kitchen with all the fun gadgets and equipment needed to make every dish—and every dessert—as memorable as the experience itself. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just thoughtfully crafted food made with the best ingredients we can find.

🍺 Introducing 1796 🍺

Today we had the pleasure of meeting with our friends at Noble Mutt Brewery to taste the final version of our exclusive house beer… and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

Meet 1796 — a crisp, floral, incredibly refreshing Alsace Lager, handcrafted exclusively for Brasserie 1796.

From the very beginning, our vision has been simple: locally sourced, premium ingredients, crafted with purpose. This beer embodies everything we stand for. Brewed just down the road in Clay Township by the talented team at Noble Mutt Brewery, every sip reflects the care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail we’ve poured into every part of Brasserie 1796.

Its delicate floral aroma, clean finish, and balanced character make it the perfect companion to the dishes that will come from our kitchen.

We’re honored to have 1796 brewed exclusively for us, and even more excited to share it with you.

Like everything we’ve created so far, no detail has been overlooked.

They say location is everything… and tonight, we couldn’t agree more.

French in the kitchen. American at heart. 🇫🇷❤️🇺🇸

We stepped outside the front doors of Brasserie 1796 and were treated to one incredible fireworks show. A huge thank you to the New Baltimore Bay-Rama for lighting up the sky and reminding us why we love this community.

Happy (early) Independence Day! We can’t wait to welcome you through these doors soon. 🎆✨
