평양냉면 (Pyongyang Naegmyeon- Korean Cold Noodle Soup)

Pyongyang Naegmyeon is one of the Korean Popular traditional dishes and selected by unesco, November 2022.

The cold noodles soup is originally named after the region Pyongyang of North Korea. After Korean War, the noodle soup was spread South and became one of the popular dishes , originally served only during winter it is currently enjoyed in all seasons.

Koreans love the noodle soup as entree, or after having meat or after hang over. Enjoyed many different ways because its noodle broth helps digestion a lot.
Today, around the world, people enjoy Pyongyang Naengmyeon (Korean cold noodle soup) lot of ways:)

You can get our home made kimchi varieties at New Albany Farmers Market every Saturday, or at our restaurant every day:)
