Our Cherry Tomato Feta Salad is on lunch special, loaded with local Starbright Farms cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta, red onion, fresh basil + arugula, finished simply with olive oil and lemon and a slice of toasted sourdough.

Fresh, crunchy, salty, juicy, herby. Basically everything August is doing right now, on one plate.

Peak summer has officially arrived. 🌽

Our fire roasted local corn is back and it’s everything we want to eat this time of year. Charred sweet corn piled high with sriracha mayo, gochujang, parmesan, fresh lime, and herbs. Messy in the best way.

🥚 Farmer Spotlight: Back to Basics Farm 🐓

Every week, Justin and his family at Back to Basics Farm deliver fresh eggs straight to Heartwood. They’re collected by hand, and it’s truly a family effort. Even the kids help count eggs before they head our way. 💛

We love knowing exactly where our food comes from, and we think you’ll taste the difference. Their hens are raised with care and fed an organic, no-corn, no-soy diet, producing beautiful eggs that show up in so many of your favorite Heartwood dishes.

Stone fruit season is officially in full swing, and we’re pretty excited about it. 🍑✨

These beauties are grown just about an hour from us at Lolmaugh Family Farms. Huge thanks to Fruit Dude Pat & family for bringing us the sweetest taste of summer.

You’ll find them showcased on our karaage salad, mochi cake, granola, and a few other seasonal favorites while they last.
