The Quinoa Mung Bean Salad is back! Many have been inquiring about it. Some have even travelled from as far as The San Francisco Bay Area seeking this salad. Lika is feeling much better this week since her injury in late March. With that, she felt healthy enough to begin making the salad. Quinoa with Mung Bean mixed in on a bed of Kale topped with avocado and feta.
