This week’s roster includes:

A Tuscan kale salad with marinated gold beets, candied sunflower seeds, basil and goat cheese vinaigrette!

For our entree, a sumac seared halibut accompanied by roasted eggplant and golden potato hash. It is tossed in with Calabrian chilli and piquillo pepper, served with basil pesto on the plate.

For the pizza of the week, we are bringing back a favorite, the chicken bacon ranch. The chicken thighs have been marinated and grilled to absolute perfection. Added alongside are bacon, mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, and ranch!
