Through their exchange of words on social media, it is official that Jock Samson and Christopher Otto will not be alone during their main event clash at Summer Showdown for The Mine Tavern!

Christopher Otto made it clear that he would have James Rais in his corner as he doesn't trust the people of Nelsonville. So Jock Samson got some back up of his own! THE OWNER OF THE MINE; Patrick Norway!

WE SEE SOME LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL!! When’s the last time, if ever have you seen a level floor in The Mine Tavern? If you’ve been around town you can see that we’ve had several crews hard at work getting us put together and we are getting closer! We want to thank our amazing local tradesman and contractors involved on this project who have jumped in and turned what at one point seemed like a lost cause into the resurrection of our beloved community tavern! I promise without the support of our community none of this would be possible. Between benefits, phone calls and messages, offering of services, conversations and stories, education and help with city and state services, to meals and temp jobs, a shoulder to cry on, or a big hug to ease pain, our community showed up for our family and our tavern in ways it didn’t seem possible. We will forever be greatful and will do everything to finish this up to bring back YOUR MINE TAVERN!!! And to end this in the words of my father, CHEERS!!!
