We would like to extend our gratitude to our valued customers for their support throughout the summer. We also appreciate Napa owners Katty and her husband for allowing us to operate on their property; they are truly exceptional individuals. El Yuca has concluded its seasonal operations and will be closed for the winter, with plans to reopen in the spring. A formal announcement will follow regarding our reopening location and date.

Hello everyone. Tomorrow we will be serving breakfast burritos for the last time this year and we have huge specials. Tomorrow, not only will you have the opportunity to have bacon; chorizo or ham in a breakfast burrito but also STEAK. We will also have free coffee with every order. Bring your hunger for an amazing breakfast and then stop for a sweet treat from the Amish baked goods beside us. We will also be staying open later and giving discounts on meals.

Friday's special will be carne asada fries. Come to the Napa parking lot in Neligh and taste something so delicious your taste buds will rejoice. French fries covered with carne asada, cheese, pico and jalapeños. It's a flavor EXPLOSION you can only find at El Yuca in Neligh. Open at 11 am. Saturday will be the last day we will be doing breakfast burritos. Then will be closing for the winter.

Hello friends. We got the electrical issues fixed and will be open today through Saturday. Todays special is the Sonora dog, a bacon wrapped beef hotdog with toasted bun, pico and melted cheese with choice of condiments. This will be our last week open and will be closing for the winter. Also please message us if you wanted to order pies from the Amish so she can have them ready for you. We really appreciate everyone's support and look forward to serving you again next year possibly from a different location.

You guys will not believe the amazing special the Amish baked goods is offering tomorrow. With every purchase she's going to have free donuts. Everyone needs to hurry because these are possibly the best doughnuts you will ever taste and will go extremely fast. She's planning on being beside our trailer by 9 am so come early and have a breakfast burrito with us, and then satisfy your sweet tooth.
