At times we have too and the batch will always state it. We also always work with the fruits natural colors, but sometimes after coking its down right ugly lol and we have to add a pinch of coloring, this will also always be stated on the batch. you will taste the fruits sweetness and tartness. All our batches are handcrafted in small batches with no measurable recipes. We do what the fruit tells

I used the Cranberry Nettle on a Turkey sandwich omg delish! Also baked lemon cupcakes and scooped into the batter our cranberry nettle, apple walnut delish... Apple walnut baked over a brie with filo..... apple walnut in chicken salad.... You could Fataling is endless.... think edgy eats!
