Another year has crept up so fast. from 8th & B goes out to plhsjrotc - The never gets the shine, but that doesn't mean they are not noticed. I've felt like and have been that underdog.

** NEW ** Running this on weekends to see if it gains traction. or - Torched and topped with grated daikon and finished off with a spicy like sauce and green onions. I actually tasted this one... pretty 🔥 🤷🏻‍♂️

𝘼 𝘽𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙞𝙨 𝙖 𝘽𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚 A little something to ponder. Another year has gone and the new year is upon us. I’m truly blessed to have my circle (God, Family, Friends, and customers). Our yearly trip was once again in Japan ( & . As memorable as it was, we were missing some people that opted out of the trip this year. I really wanted them to be there, to enjoy and make memories of a lifetime. I guess I just want them to experience things that I was never able to. I feel, it’s the least I can do. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

One again, I’m just a small (some would say mom and pop) shop, but “everyone” is part of this journey. I wish I could bring all of you along, but you can live vicariously through my stories as I share them.

I can’t thank you all enough for the support, you truly are part of the family. Being so small, and being there day in and day out, seeing all the regulars and remembering people by name and orders, you’re truly not just customers. A lot of people come and a lot go, but we do remember you and wonder where some of you are when you don’t show up. The weird thing is, when that does happen, most of you tend to walk through the door. Kind of odd how things work. I’m not sure where I’m going with this, but being in the shop and seeing faces daily does bring a sense of belonging. We try and keep a good vibe/frequency going. I, myself, like to visit places and see the same people because you kind of create a connection.

That being said, I hope to see a lot of familiar faces this Saturday as I’m glad to be back and hope to see everyone.
