Our Alibi Smashburger has been getting A TON of attention lately… but have you even tried our fried chicken sandwich?

Perfectly crispy fried chicken on the outside, tender on the inside (sounds a lot like some of our bartenders). Spicy ranch, mesquite rub, pickles, onion, romaine lettuce, potato bun, fries.

Dealer’s Choice is back: The Chattanooga Old Fashioned.

Chattanooga Whiskey, Matchbook Bier Mash Amaro, Bigallet China China, and rich demerara syrup.

Malty, earthy, citrus-forward, great when it’s raining (or not), refreshing enough when it’s hot out but you’re still craving that whiskey fix.

Mid-summer recap incoming 📸

We’ve been keeping busy through our first summer, and we’re not slowing down.

The best part has been getting to know all of you… learning what you love, what you don’t, and figuring out what our place in the Gulch looks like alongside the people who make it what it is.

So far we’ve hosted DJs, watch parties, and a food pop-up. We’ve competed in a few friendly competitions, gotten to know our neighbors beyond our four walls, and even hosted a neo-jam session that absolutely ripped.

We’re still experimenting. Still listening. Still finding new reasons to throw a party and give you the perfect alibi to come through and hang with us.

The second half of summer is looking pretty fun 🤩
