🖤 ᴡʜᴀᴛ’ʀᴇ ʏᴏᴜ ᴍᴀᴋɪɴɢ?! The Mexican Coffee. Tequila espresso martinis are having their moment — this is Patterson House’s take, leaning into the Central American roots of the variation. Coffee barrel finished reposado and Mexican coffee liqueur round this one out. Come give it a try!

Midori usually reads as sweet, but ours is infused with gentian - the same bitter root behind Campari and amaro - so the melon comes through cool and green with a bitter edge. Citadelle’s garden gin and cucumber keep it fresh, Carpano Bianco softens it, and a little Elixir Végétal adds an herbal note.

Our beef tartare is made with dry-aged beef from local legends Bear Creek Farm - plus trimmings from our ribeyes, because nothing goes to waste. Finished with wild elderberry vinegar, smoked garlic, and calcified currants cooked in Mommenpop vermouth. Served with sourdough from our favorite Nashville Bakery, Dozen.

Sherbet | Beet and Citrus Sherbet, Squash Shrub Meringue, Sumac.

Originally a Middle Eastern beverage called sharbat, made with fresh juices, herbs, and honey dating back to at least the 12th century (!!), this punchy dessert has been a staple on our menu since we moved over to our new address in the gulch.

Made with our bar teams’ fresh pressed citrus along with local honey and our house-made buttermilk, our sherbet has definitely evolved since the Ottoman Empire. 😉
