FRITO PIE SAUSAGE!!!!!

Bangers and Mash is tonight!!!!

This week we made an all beef sausage with our chili seasoning, fresh Jalapeños, our oatmeal stout, and fritos all packed inside. We split it, sear it off to get a crust, and top it with habanero crema, cilantro, cotija cheese and more crushed Fritos.

Available for the rest of the week until sold out.

This is the best it's felt outside in a long while and we're ready for it!

The smoker smells absolutely incredible, the food is hot, the b**r is cold, and garage door is open.
