Before the concrete is poured, the walls already matter.

At our McClellan project, we install temporary wall stringers to physically lay out the future walls before the slab plumbing rough-in is completed.

That gives our plumbing team a clear reference for placing pipes and penetrations exactly where they belong—not approximately where they belong.

It’s a detail that will eventually disappear beneath the finished home, but getting it right now makes everything that follows work better.

Boscobel is moving through the finishing stages — cabinetry, stone, lighting, exterior details and trim are all beginning to turn months of construction into a finished home.

There’s still work happening in every direction, but this is one of our favorite points in a build: when the details that have been planned for months finally start showing up in the same space.

We’re excited to watch this one take shape. The McClellan Residence is one of our current custom projects, beginning with an approximately 8,000 sq. ft. foundation footprint and a lot of details we’re looking forward to bringing to life.

Great homes start long before the finishes go in. We’ll be sharing more of this one as construction progresses.

Still one of our favorite homes we’ve had the opportunity to build to date.

From the timeless exterior to the light-filled living spaces, custom cabinetry, and carefully considered details throughout, every part of this home came together beautifully. It’s a project we remain incredibly proud of—and one we’ll always enjoy looking back on.
