Our October feature: Yuho "Rhythm of the Centuries."

Brewed on the Noto Peninsula using a method that dates back to the 1600s, then left to rest in the bottle for 4 years before it ever reaches a glass. Earthy and savory up front, with a soft finish of chamomile and walnut. Lovely slightly chilled, even better warm as the nights get cooler.

Ask for it by name this month.
