A little preview of what’s taking over the rooftop.

Beginning October 16, COA transforms into an immersive after-dark experience inspired by the beauty, symbolism and tradition of Día de los Mu***os — complete with a full rooftop transformation, limited-time cocktails, unexpected entertainment and plenty more to discover.

In partnership with Bebemos Tequila , the experience runs through November 2.

Join us Saturday, October 17 for the official launch party as fire dancers return to COA, tequila starts flowing and the rooftop comes to life.

And that’s only the beginning. Halloween weekend details dropping soon. 👀

Fun fact: Dolly famously loves potatoes in all forms — mashed, baked, fried… she’s said she’s “never met a spud she didn’t like.” So we’re putting our own pink twist on things with Crispy Potato Tacos; pink beet tortilla, potato & Oaxaca cheese, finished with dragon fruit habanero crema. 🌮💗

And yes, our famous Dolly-Rita soft serve is back for Friday. 🎀

We’ll be open 4 PM–9 PM due to a private event, so grab these specialty items while you can.

A portion of proceeds from every Dolly-Rita sold will be donated to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. 📚💕
