The Amore Is ALMOST where I'm happy with it. Yes it's taking years of me tweaking it here and there. But I refuse to sell it unless it's among the best round pies I've ever had. I've traveled the country eating at famous pizza places, which has made that a huge challenge.
The granda and sicilian are so expensive to make, so there is a lot of necessity behind this. I don't want to stop those but need to add this option.
I'm very excited for anyone to try this once we start selling in our new home of Hartsville Tennessee.
