Bella Nashville Local Traditional Wood Fired Pizza Sustainable Food = Delicious Food! Our wood fired oven is made from organic Terre Blanche white clay.

Bella Nashville brings you the best pizza this city can produce by combining local, regional, and hand made ingredients with traditional old world technique. Our pizza and bread doughs are hand kneaded using all natural leaven and no commercial yeast. It is fired at 900 degrees, baking your pizza in about 90 seconds. Our mozzarella is prepared in house from regionally produced curds. Our weekly sp

ecials are made from local and regional produce and meats to celebrate everything the seasons and land have to offer. Our sodas are made in house from fresh squeezed juice and natural cane sugar. We are working towards growing our own San Marzano Tomatoes
locally for use as our main sauce tomato. Weather and fates
