This is a part-time seasonal position for the fall with the potential to stay on long-term for the right fit.

✔ Must be at least 16 years old
✔ Must have BOTH Saturday & Sunday availability
✔ Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Fertile Ground Ranch is a Christian discipleship ministry dedicated to helping men grow deeper in their faith through biblical teaching, mentorship, service, and intentional discipleship.

Their mission is simple: to make disciples who make disciples.

Through Bible study, fellowship, mentorship, and hands-on service, Fertile Ground Ranch is investing in the spiritual growth of men and helping equip them to become stronger leaders, husbands, fathers, and followers of Christ.
