God sent someone to comfort me today..
A lady wearing a yellow floral dress with an angelic face was standing in front of the main door of St. Frances Cabrini Church, whispering her prayers while holding the Rosary.. When I saw her, I just simply made the sign of the cross outside the church and stepped back because I thought it was closed..
As I started to walk away, a soft and calming voice called out to me.. At first, I couldn't understand her because she was speaking Spanish.. She then came closer and tried to speak in English.. I tried to clear my mind and did my best to understand her..
Without any hesitation, she handed me this scapular.. I asked, "Is this for me?" She smiled and said, "Yes." Then she encouraged me to pray to Our Lady of Carmen, telling me that prayer is very powerful, that God answers prayers and He will help me through my problems.. She also reminded me, "God loves you.." 😢
At that moment, tears began to flow from my eyes.. Deep inside, I kept saying, "Oh God, You are truly amazing." It felt like God was reminding me that He is always with us..
I could only manage to say in my trembling and mumbling voice, "Thank you.. God bless you.."
Before we parted, she asked for my first and last name so she could pray for me.. It touched my heart knowing that someone I had just met was willing to include me in her prayers..
Her name is Jaimie.. She is so kind, humble, and down to earth.. I could genuinely feel her sincerity, kindness, and respect..

Then her husband arrived, and she got into their truck.. While I was sitting in my car in the church parking area, she noticed me and waved her goodbye.. With a grateful heart, I softly mouthed the words, “Thank you,” hoping she could read my lips..
God's presence is always near and that He send people into our lives exactly when we need them most.. 🤍
