Hand-battered, fried to order, and finished with our signature spice. The care she put into every batch is part of what makes Prince’s Nashville hot chicken what it is today. Generations later, we’re still proud to make it her way.

The chicken may be the star—but these sides understood the assignment.

Creamy coleslaw, slow-cooked baked beans, crinkle-cut seasoned fries, classic potato salad, creamy mac and cheese, and Southern-style collard greens—how do you choose just one?

What’s the ONE Prince’s side your plate can’t go without? Drop it in the comments! 👇🏽

❤️ Forever a Part of the Prince’s Family ❤️

Over the years, Prince’s has been blessed with so much more than customers. We’ve gained friends, extended family, and familiar faces who walked through our doors and became a part of our story.

Recently, we’ve had to say goodbye to several of our longtime customers, and our hearts are heavy. There are simply no words that can fully express what their presence meant to us. The conversations, the laughter, the familiar orders, and the moments shared have left us with indescribable precious memories that we will forever hold close to our hearts.

A restaurant is made special not only by the food served, but by the people who fill its tables and bring life through its doors. To the families and loved ones grieving, please know that we grieve with you. Your loved ones were a part of the Prince’s family, and their memory will always have a place here.

Some faces may no longer walk through our doors, but the memories they left behind will never leave us. ❤️

With love and deepest sympathy,
The Prince’s Hot Chicken Family

What an incredible day at the Hot Chicken Festival! ❤️🔥

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by our booth, waited in line, and chose to celebrate Nashville’s hot chicken tradition with us. Seeing so many familiar faces and meeting new friends made the day one we’ll never forget.

Most importantly, we’d like to recognize our amazing Prince’s Hot Chicken team. They worked through the heat with smiles, heart, and nonstop hustle to serve every customer with the quality and hospitality we’re proud to be known for. We couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you.

Thank you for making this year’s Hot Chicken Festival such a success. We appreciate your support, and we can’t wait to serve you again soon!

❤️🐔
