Edley’s Bar-B-Que unites the Nashville tradition of meat and three restaurants with the best barbecue this side of the Mississippi. Our fast casual eatery will serve smoked pork, chicken, turkey, brisket, ribs, and wings, as well as fried shrimp and catfish sandwiches. We smoke our meats low and slow and only serve meat that was smoked that day, so you know it’s fresh! We designed our place to be

comfortable for families, students and professionals alike. We have indoor and patio seating, multiple HDTVs, and a full premium bar. We live, work, and play in the 12th South area and love serving our friends and neighbors! We are located at 2706 12th Ave S. on the corner of 12th and Halcyon.

Meet Mikey McKinney, Pitmaster at Edley’s 12 South.
Mikey started as expo in 2019, worked through the lockdown, earned shift lead, then service manager, and now runs the pit at the location where Edley’s all started. It’s an honor he doesn’t take lightly.

Week 1: Philly Cheesesteak Chickichanga
Week 2: The Lamb Ambassador
Week 3: Nashville Hot Pork Belly Tacos
Week 4: The Molotov. Chorizo and ground beef, spicy slaw, fried jalapeños, and ghost pepper cheese.

Live judges panel tomorrow from 1 to 3 PM at the Factory in Franklin. Come out and see who takes home the Pitmaster Championship Belt.

Meet Todd Smotherman, Pitmaster at Edley’s Lenox Village.
Culinary school in Manhattan. A year on a farm to table restaurant deep in the Utah high desert. Almost 20 years working with smoke and fire. And 11 years with Edley’s.
Todd doesn’t just cook barbecue. He lives it.

Week 1: Pork Belly Bites with pickled red onions, fresh lime, jalapeño, and white sauce.
Week 2: Honey Butter Glazed Pork Chops.
Week 3: Tri Tip Burnt Ends with peach barbecue sauce .
Week 4: Southern Orchard Smashburger with green apple, peanut butter sauce, Brie, and bacon.
