A New Chapter for The Rodizio Grill - Nashville

Nashville’s 2nd Ave is officially back open, and while we celebrate this incredible milestone for our city, we have a bittersweet update to share with our community.

While the street is open, our building and the remainder of the block is still in disrepair.

Unfortunately despite our years of dedication and our deep desire to rebuild at our original home, our landlord has unexpectedly terminated our lease. This means Rodizio Grill will not be returning to 2nd Ave.

What’s next? We aren't going anywhere! We have officially shifted our full attention to finding a new home in Nashville. We are doing our due diligence to find a location that ensures we can continue to serve you all for years to come.

Thank you for the years of memories on 2nd Ave. We can’t wait to create new ones with you soon. Stay tuned here for updates on our relocation!

Rodizio Grill Family and Fans,

As Christmas approaches it always brings back great memories of cherished times and meals shared at the restaurant amongst guests and staff. Unfortunately, it also brings back the memory of the horrific bombing that took place 4 years ago on Christmas morning, forever changing the lives of so many people who lived and worked on 2nd Ave. I wish I had better updates on the progress of 2nd Ave with the rebuild but unfortunately it is still a slow and ever evolving process. We are still dedicated to reestablishling ourselves as soon as possible and are making the best decisions possible with the information that we have. We would like to thank everyone for their continued support during this journey. Even though we are away from you all again on this holiday season, we have not stopped thinking about you and we hope you are able to enjoy this time of year with all your friends and family.

Rodizio Grill Fans and Family,

I know that a lot of people are asking for an update on the status of the restaurant and 2nd Ave, especially after the announcement that 2nd Ave was reopening. I was able to take a quick video of area the other day and I wanted to share it with you all.

Although the process has been a tiresome one, rest assured that we have no desire or intent to vanish into night. We are fighting daily to do everything possible to comeback to Nashville as soon as possible.

We have not forgotten you, Nashville and thank you for not forsaking or forgetting about us.

Well here's some good news for Second Avenue. We are still working diligently to return as soon as possible. No date yet but we'll let you know as soon as we do. .

Coyote Ugly Saloon will soon reopen its downtown Nashville location after it was extensively damaged in the Christmas Day bombing more than a year ago.

Hard to believe it has been a year since the explosion. We miss our work family, we miss our guests, we miss our neighborhood. A lot was lost but we remain grateful that nobody was physically injured. It remains a complicated road back but we continue to look forward to the rebirth or our restaurant. For today we just hope that Nashville enjoys a peaceful Christmas celebration. Merry Christmas.
