Mike's Ice Cream & Sip Cafe are looking for a new Ice Cream-Making Shift Leader!
Location: East Nashville, TN (Gallatin Pike – located in the back of Sip Cafe!)
Job Type: Full-Time (32–40 hours/week)
Compensation: $18.00 / hour (Paid Weekly)
For over 20 years, Mike’s Ice Cream has been a beloved Nashville staple. We are a tight-knit, independent small business that takes immense pride in handcrafting premium ice cream for our community.

Job Details & Responsibilities:
Flexible full-time hours (32 to 40 hours each week). We require general weekend availability, but don't worry—you won't be stuck working every weekend.
You must be comfortable and capable of regularly lifting 30–40 lbs throughout your shift to move ingredients and manage stock.
Responsibilities include supervising daily factory production, managing inventory, and keeping our small crew motivated and on track.
