Happy Halloween! As we enjoy the season, please be mindful of open flames from candles and jack-o'-lanterns, consider using battery-operated lights as a safer alternative. Keep walkways and common areas clear for trick-or-treaters and always supervise children in and around the community. Wishing everyone a fun and safe Halloween!

👋 Welcome to Meet the Team Monday!

Say hello to Kelsey, our Assistant Property Manager here at Whetstone Flats! (and the person doing all the posting here)🏡✨
She has been in property management for 6 years and is making a career out of it.

We asked each of our team members a few questions so you could get to know us a bit more, and here's her answers!
💬 What is your favorite part about working at Whetstone?
Our team dynamic! We have the best team and we all work so well together.
💬What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I go to music festivals when I have the PTO and concerts when I don't. I also love crafts and hobbies and have way too many of them at one time.
💬What is your go to coffee or drink order?
A venti iced shaken espresso!
💬What is one leasing tip you think everyone should know?
Read your lease! It's a legal document and not just something you have to sign to get your keys!

Say hello next time you see her around the community, she'd love to meet you if you haven't yet! 🤍
