Fcm update: we have walked all docks and are reaching out to the few boats that are in not great shape. The fingers have been weighed down with the ice on the roof but it is melting as we speak... we will be watching all vessels closely while we thaw out. We are unable to turn the water back on at this moment..we understand some of yall need it. We will get it turned on as soon as possible. Thank yall for understanding..we are looking forward to summer time!

Having some issue with electricity today. Electrician came out this morning and verified that it was a leg on NES transformer. We are currently waiting for them to come out and get us up back running. Thanks

Hey everyone we are looking at serve cold weather up till wednesday.. we will be cutting the water off tomorrow until temps get back up to 50 degrees. Thanks

Latest update: water has started to go down about a foot! As for the electrical I have met with nes and our electricians to get a game plan...as soon as the water recedes enough that they have access to it ,NES will inspect their equipment and our electricians will do an inspection on the panels and we proceed to turn power back on.. the first docks we are trying for will be k and l dock and hopefully m dock soon after that..I J and H dock will probably be the last panel we can get to. The ship store also has no power so we are limited on what we can do as well. We will also be turning water on and off doing pressure test to make sure we dont have any breaks in the line. Please continue to hang in there with us..we are stuck until the water comes down further thanks!

Marina update... NES came out and shut the power off to the following docks L,M,O dock due to the water being over the road going to those docks if something were to happen they do not have access to get to the panels located on the other side of the high water. K dock you also lost power due to the water reaching the lower electrical.. d dock thru h dock lost power due to that panel going under water. A and B dock Have Power because there is no lower electrical on that panel..so they will remain on. We are concerned about safety and advise that if you dont have to come down to stay off docks.. if you have any concerns please call the office and we will go from there. I am hoping that the power will only be off for a couple of days and then we will get back up and running. Thanks
