This is the most popular try in Egypt! It’s mostly vegan vegetarian but healthy and high protein. I am still working on a name for it so if you have a cool name please share it with me. It’s slow cooked fava beans with a lot of spices, homemade hummus, handmade cucumber yogurt with fresh herbs, handmade falafel, freshly fried Eggplant with garlic sauce, local fresh Egyptian pita bread and some mixed pickles. We are looking forward to see you all at our new place! Also we will have a re-opening this Sunday with music so come celebrate with us!!
