This year has been a special one. As we celebrate the release of our limited-edition Spirit of America™ Bourbon, we’re also raising a glass to our founder, Carey Bringle, on his upcoming induction into the American Royal World Series of Barbecue Barbecue Hall of Fame.

For more than 30 years, Carey has dedicated his life to preserving the traditions of West Tennessee-style BBQ, building businesses from the ground up, mentoring others, and sharing his love for BBQ with anyone willing to pull up a chair.

The Spirit of America™ is a tribute to grit, resilience, and the people who help shape our communities, values Carey has embodied every step of the way.

Here’s to honoring America’s 250th birthday, celebrating a lifetime of barbecue, and having a drink together on July 4th at 7:06pm to celebrate! 🥃

We’re beyond proud to announce that our Rib Commander, the man, the myth, the legend, , will be officially been inducted into the 2026 Barbecue Hall of Fame! 🏆

For more than 30 years, Carey has dedicated his life to preserving and sharing the traditions of West Tennessee-style BBQ, building from the ground up with grit, heart, smoke, and a whole lot of hard work. From championship competitions and restaurants , PLP, and PIG STAR, to a seasonings and sauces partnership with , being named ‘World’s Best Bourbon’ in 2023 by the , writting BBQ , mentorships, and community advocacy, this honor represents a lifetime devoted to the community of BBQ and the people it serves.

To be recognized alongside legends like , , and is truly an honor.

As the shared, barbecue is built by people who give their time, talent, and heart to the craft, and nobody embodies that more than .
