I don't know where to start! What a time we had at Bands & Brunch Saturday 🎉 the rain held out and the people showed up and put in some work 💪🏾 Thank you, thank you to those that attended 🤗 Hazelbrwn111 gave a finisher line dance 💃🏾 😉

First let me thank Coach Vickie Vickee Motley for saying YES for the second year in a row. The sun wasn't out but she had everyone sweating 🥵 I want to thank Eddie Grams Coffee and Tea for opening up his beautiful space to us. When the shop opens for business, it's a MUST you go by! It was such a pleasure supporting our very own Les Dames Nashville president Lokelani Alabanza at the book signing for the release of The Ice Cream Queen 🍦🍧🍨 some of the best crafted, elevated ice cream you will find. Made with so much love from past and present rich recipes ❣️I had to try both flavors 😋

Oh what a night! I didn't capture the true essence of this well crafted, well detailed, delicious event. Thank you to the for providing a stellar fundraising event to the city. Several of Nashville’s top restaurants and spirits were represented and every bite and sip was magical. The silent auction items were places and experiences that doesn't come along everyday, ones you can only access at a Les Dames event 😉
It feels good to be a part of an organization that actually embraces creative differences to make a real impact 💙🤍💙🤍

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meal prepping at with fellow Dames. Over 40% of food in the U.S. goes to waste, while 1 in 8 Nashvillians experience food insecurity. The Nashville Food Project takes the donated usable ingredients and incorporates them into nutritious meals and snacks, which are shared with poverty-disrupting organizations across Nashville.

Then raced over to the annual fundraiser hosted by . The work that they do for immigrants and under served communities is priceless. You can see by the sponsor support that their work touches all across the world. The stories told about how Conexion Americas reunited families, made it hard for anyone to have a dry eye in the room.

I hold these two organizations near and dear to my heart ❤️ as I make transactions in my career and business, I can't help but reflect on the support these two have given me over the years and still to this very day!
