These bad boys are loaded with graham crackers crumbs, cocoa powder, marshmallow, and brown sugar. They’re baked to perfection and topped with grahams and torched marshmallows! Introducing the French Onion (soup) Bagel! This savory bagel is loaded up with caramelized onions, black pepper, and thyme THEN topped with Gruyère cheese, and a little bit more cracked black pepper. Now GET IN HERE, congratulate my amazing team on winning, and grab some bagels this weekend!!

HOLY MOLY YALL!!! WE DID IT!!! We were voted “Best Bagel” in the Nashville Scene “Best of Nashville” this year!!! Words can not express the happiness that we feel after seeing this. The award is completely based on write-in votes so you all took time out of your day to type our name into the voting form and that just means oh so much to us! The community we have built around this round carbohydrate is mind blowing. We started the business in our home kitchen back in 2019 and to see it grow the way it has, has been nothing but a joy to see. Our one statement that we lived by when starting this was to “never say no” and always figure out a way to make it work. That’s how we got here and that’s how we continue to make the best bagels in Nashville every single day! So, from the bottom of our hearts, we love you Nashville! We truly can’t say it enough!! 🥰

We are REALLY excited to share a really cool coffee update! Our Q4 featured roaster is Soapbox Coffee Roasters! Not only is their coffee so so so good, we also share a hometown! This delicious coffee is roasted fresh in Jackson, MS and for those who aren’t aware… that’s where I was born and raised. When I found out about Soapbox, I knew that we would have to add them to our line up of featured roasters and it’s just a mega plus that this stuff is TOP TIER! We were able to skip down to Mississippi a couple months ago and meet with them, let our kids play together, and we got to even roast coffee with them. If you haven’t heard of them yet, then you have to come in and try a cup. We will be offering their coffee on drip, espresso, and retail bags for you to be able to take some of the goodness home with you! This is a small business, similar to us, with amazing values and care for their product. Give them a follow and when you come in… tell them how much you love their stuff! I promise that you’ll be impressed!

It’s officially time to…..let PORCH WEATHER SEASON COMMENCE!!! Thanks to our friends/neighbors over at Lawrence & Clarke Cacti Co. we filled up our outdoor beds with some mums to keep the outdoor space beautiful! Come enjoy the amazing weather and autumn vibes in our lovely parklet (shoutout Civic Design Center!!) this space was created as a spot to sit, relax, eat, enjoy, etc. SOOO while we have this amazing weather, let’s take advantage of it!

THIS WEEKEND AT BAGELSHOP IS GOING TO BE SO FUN!!! First off, Karley wanted Strawberry Shortcake bagels soooo we made Strawberry Shortcake bagels! Loaded up with golden Oreos, and freeze dried berries and then topped with a really good topping that reminiscent of those really good strawberry shortcake popsicles. Available Fri-Sun!

SECONDLY, this weekend is the first annual Knoblin Fest and if you didn’t know, this super cool arts and music festival is happening right outside our door! How exciting is that?! Head over to their insta for all the deets! We will be open normal hours (except maybe like 30 minutes so we can go see our very own Kate Cosentino rip on the main stage at 11!) so if you wanna stop in for a bagel and coffee before, during, or after you’re finished, cmon by!

We love Donelson! It’s the best place!

September has officially come to a close at Bagelshop and it’s time to reveal our next schmear collab! October is coming in HOT with our latest cream cheese special! This October we are partnering with our buds over at Pizza Lolo! Not only are they making some of the best pizza in all of Nashville, but they helped us make this new schmear that we are calling “Pepperoni Bomb”! The flavors were inspired by everyone’s favorite classic road trip snack, Pizza COMBOS! We took our plain schmear and loaded it with crispy pepperoni, garlic, oregano, and all the flavors you love in a pizza and BOOM 💥 you have the Pepperoni Bomb! Available ALL October!
