A great trainer doesn’t just count reps… they build you.

Today I went for my first unassisted pull-up with .getfit_x 💪🏾🙏🏾
First attempt? Yeah… that one humbled me real quick 😅

But that’s where coaching matters.
He locked me in:
“Engage your Lats!! Control it. Stay tight.”

Second attempt? Better. Not all the way up… but PROGRESS.

And if you look close 👀 I zoomed in. The MUSCLES are Defining 🤭🤭

That’s what consistency looks like. Not perfect… just progress

This is built on:
Consistency. Dedication. Accountability.

And it doesn’t end in the gym…
