🤎 Meet Shannon — The Heart Behind Shannon’s Indulgence Desserts 🤎

If you’re new here, I thought it was time I introduced myself — not just the baker, but the woman behind the desserts.

I’m Shannon, the owner and baker of Shannon’s Indulgence Desserts here in Nashville, TN.

By day, I work full-time for the federal government. By night, that's when the flour starts flying.

And honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Shannon’s Indulgence started with something as simple as my love for a really good chocolate chip cookie. I was a chocolate chip cookie snob — I tried so many and always felt like something was missing. So I decided to make my own.

And somehow, one cookie turned into cakes, pound cakes, brownies, cupcakes, specialty cookies and so much more.

What makes this journey especially meaningful to me is knowing that I didn’t create this gift on my own. God did.

I truly believe God placed this talent in my heart long before I understood what He would do with it. What started as something I simply enjoyed doing has become a little business that allows me to create, serve others, and share something made with my own hands.

I’m still learning. I’m still growing. I’m still balancing a full-time career with late nights in my kitchen. And yes, sometimes I’m tired! 😂 But every time I see someone enjoy something I’ve made, I’m reminded why I keep going. ❤️

My prayer is that Shannon’s Indulgence continues to grow in the way God has already planned for it. I don’t have to know every step. I just have to keep showing up, using the gift He gave me, and trusting Him with the rest. 🙏🏾

Boy, I’ve been waiting on this S’mores cookie for a long time! 🤤 It’s everything I’ve been wanting and MORE! Chocolatey, gooey, marshmallow goodness with all the delicious flavors of a classic campfire favorite wrapped into one amazing cookie! This one was definitely worth the wait!
