Freshly fried potato chips! Kind of like kettle chips and we fry in beef tallow. Seasoned with salt and pepper or Cajun for now, more flavors coming! And we fill our bags completely to the top, no air as filler in the bag.

Apricot, Ginger, teriyaki glazed spare ribs topped with toasted sesame seeds and green onion. Smokey char flavor with sticky Asian inspired sauce that we glaze onto the ribs over fire. Y'all come see us this weekend! We also have bone-in Cheshire pork chops, little neck clams tossed with pesto butter sauce served with grilled bread and of course all of our normal delicious regular menu items.
