We know we’ve been a little quiet on here this week—that’s because we have been putting in our longest hours yet to prepare for this weekend! Brittani has been putting in 14 hour days and Jake finished his work day at 12:30am last night!

Thank you so much for showing up for us all year, and all the new faces who came last weekend, we are dedicated to keeping up with the demand, like we have all year!

If someone decides to make the trip to our bakery we are going to be sure you have as many options as possible to choose from! So see you tomorrow Nashua—at 150 Broad street starting at 8am, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!

Thank you everyone. This weekend was our busiest yet, and we are humbled by how many of you decided we are worth the trip and worth the line, sometimes we still don’t believe it.

We want to say that no matter how popular our small bakery becomes, we will always stay humble and grateful. Brittani and I (Jake) have been through so much in our lives and I genuinely don’t think it’s possible for us to ever go a day without feeling so blessed to be in the position we are in.

From thinking and planning on having a year left to live due to my cystic fibrosis; possibly 5 years with a successful double lung transplant— to where I am now makes me incredibly full of gratitude. Brittani and I wouldn’t be here without you and we appreciate you so much for that.

As we get busier we are getting to the point where our custom cakes are booked until 2027, but we have constantly been increasing production and now have over 20 employees working for us. If you keep giving us the privilege of your business we promise to give it back with more staff and production. No matter what we will always have full dedication.

We put in 12-16 hour days 6 days a week. I get Tuesdays off and Brittani gets Mondays. This isn’t a part time thing for us, we work very hard to be open Friday-Sunday and we appreciate all of you who help us keep our dream alive everyday, you’re our sunshine, we’re your Sunflower!

It’s Friday and the Sunflower is OPEN at 150 Broad st in Nashua celebrating 1 year since we signed our lease! We are celebrating either a Strawberry Ch*****ne special donut either white chocolate ch*****ne mousse and fresh strawberries! See our breakfast and NEW drink specials below!

Yesterday was ONE YEAR to the day Jake and Brittani officially signed their lease for the space that would become the Sunflower Bakery 🌻 and to celebrate we are featuring a special Strawberry Ch*****ne Donut this weekend!
