🌟 To the Main Street folks: To the Proper Family, you’ve always been so kind and supportive, and we’re so happy for your new ventures!
🌟 Aaron Your kindness and generosity of spirit is something that we really love and appreciate about you! Your support from Day One has been immeasurable. Not only do you bring wonderful literature into our lives, you’re a treasured member of the community. I hope I’m remembering everyone, but I am so grateful for you all!
🌟 TO EVERYONE WHO ATE AT BOTANIST, who came and supported, and so many of you who returned time and time again, THANK YOU 🙏 ☺️

🌟🌈Hi friends! I wanted to be able to thank everyone who has had a hand in creating Botanist and helping it to flourish!
🎥 In the video I failed to mention two HUGE parts of the Botanist success story:
🌟 Susan, Ryan and the whole gang there, who were there for me with their support and inspiration from before Day One! 🥰
🌟 Mark who is always there for a smile, and for such amazing support, on top of the tips, tricks and ice cream you happily shared with me. You’re the best window buddy a gal could ask for!

🌟 A huge THANK YOU to Brendan and Kathy Weiden who not only gave us a shot, but whose kindness and experience throughout our whole time there was invaluable and something I’ll never forget. We were so hoping to continue our partnership with you, and if we weren’t moving so far away there’s no doubt we would have. You helped make a little dream come to fruition and I’m beyond grateful ❤️

🥳🎉THIS WEEKEND! Tacos, burritos and shawarma, OH MY! 🦁🐯🐻 Yes, we’re planning on offering our entire menu! (Until we run out, of course!) We hope you will all get a chance to come out and have a meal and chat!

📣 Hello dear friends and Happy New Year! Well, we have some news 📰 . It has been a crazy couple months and in short, we will be open for just two more weekends!
⭐️ Sat 1/8 - Sun 1/9
⭐️ Sat 1/15 - Sun 1/16
💫 Open 12-4pm each of those days!

So, my family and I are moving 🛻📦 out of town, which means we have to hang up our aprons here at Botanist Narrowsburg👩‍🍳. It wasn’t what we expected but as John Lennon sang, “Life is what happens to you while you’re busy making other plans.” We are sad to leave this place and all the friends we’ve made, and we feel so very lucky to have been welcomed by such a wonderful community. You guys are the ones who made Botanist such a success, and you’ve given me personally (Holly) the joy and confidence to know we’re onto something really special. So, that being said, Botanist is not coming to an end. She is simply evolving into something else, something we are still figuring out. But I guess that’s like life too. You’re never really done, you’re always evolving, always moving forward.
🥜So that’s the nutshell. I’ll probably be sharing more sentimental posts as we wind down to a close 😂 , so I’ll leave this here.
🌟 Next weekend my husband Colin will be helping me out, so please come by our window and say aloha! We ♥️ you all!

🎉2021 is coming to an end! We were so hoping to open this weekend but we cannot, due to staffing shortages and other pandemic problems 😷😔.
🌟THANK YOU TO EVERYONE for a fantastic year… at least food-wise!😋 🦠 Covid-19 has been hitting us all pretty hard. It’s been a struggle for sure. But brighter days are on the horizon🌄!

🗞 EXTRA! EXTRA! Well we’re nearly SOLD OUT out of our plant meat today (the base of many of our items including the classic, Buffalo, Korean and shawarma) and so we’re working with a SUPER limited menu for the rest of the day!🍴 But necessity is the mother of invention, they say! And what fun is life without a little change now and then? 🙏 We know it’s upsetting when you’re craving something and you can’t get it because it’s sold out, and we appreciate your understanding 😊 Come taste it and see what you think!
