Starting tomorrow we will be serving some delicious Shrimp Fra Diavolo for you all! 😋

Pan-fried marinated shrimp served with a spicy and chunky tomato sauce built on fresh garlic, red pepper flakes, brandy, oregano, and clam juice! So good. This one is served with some delicious angel hair pasta. It’s a perfect dish for the warm weather. Come try it starting tomorrow until we sell out✌️& ❤️

We are prepping up for some beautiful Patty Melt Sandwiches with Fries tomorrow!

Grilled marbled rye, half a pound of fresh ground chuck from our friends at A&A, Swiss, cheddar, pickles, our signature Booher Sauce, and some delicious carmelized onions! We will have plenty of our fresh, hand-cut Russets ready for this awesome special.

DETROIT CONEYS are coming to Jackson- starting tomorrow until we run out!

No dry crumbly coneys here, ladies and gentlemen. We’ve got a take on your typical Detroit chili recipe- loaded with some extra spices to make our chili more fragrant and more addictive! Our ground beef and beef heart are from the amazing crew at A&A, and our natural casing dogs are snappy and coming straight from Dearborn, baby. We will be serving this Midwest specialty with yellow mustard, minced onions, lightly toasted brioche buns, and a side of our fresh, hand cut fries. 😋

Stop by tomorrow for our Grilled Cheese and Roasted Tomato and Fennel Soup!

In case you haven’t had it before, we pump up our grilled cheeses with some delicious, sweet caramelized onions. And our tomato soup is loaded up with roasted fennel bulbs, onions, garlic and tomatoes and seasoned with a mountain of paprika, and some other stuff too 🙂

Tuna, kewpie mayo, chopped kimchi, cilantro, green onion, red onion, shallot, gochujang, sesame oil and chili crisp; piled onto good ol’ fashioned grilled white bread with melty cheddar cheese. Served with a side of our fresh cut fries. Stop in and see us! ✌️& ❤️

Come and get some of Craig’s Italian Meatloaf, starting tomorrow until we sell out! This is a crowd favorite here at Booher’s. Bold Italian flavors are molded with precision and love into one of the Earth’s most appetizing shapes- THE LOAF. Served with green beans and mashed redskins & gravy. Starting tomorrow through May 5th come and try some of Craig’s tacos! Three tacos total- choose from smoked beef, ground beef, and marinated chicken done two ways- street style (cilantro and onion) or American style (lettuce, tomato, and cheese). We also have corn and flour tortillas. Any combination of meat and style is good with us! Tortilla chips and salsa on the side. Come see us! ✌️& ❤️

Starting tomorrow at 11AM we will be making some delicious Cold Cut Italian Subs with a side of fresh cut French Fries (No chips- sorry about the old photo!)

This sub is made with lovely layers of turkey, ham, salami, pepperoni, mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, tomato, lettuce, pickled onion, oil & vinegar, and a tasty Calabrian Chili Mayo for a bit of heat and funkiness! This one hits the whole palate. 😋
