On Saturday, June 6th, Bleu Provence welcomes guests to an extraordinary dinner service accompanied by the live electric violin performance of Sarah Ball from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Presented in partnership with , Sarah's performance will bring a contemporary touch to the timeless elegance of our dining room, creating an atmosphere designed for conversation, celebration, and memorable moments.

As the melodies drift through the restaurant, Chef Gaspard’s seasonal cuisine, wines from our award-winning cellar of more than 3,000 selections, and the warmth of our family-owned French bistro will come together in perfect harmony.

This Saturday, May 30, Chef Gaspard brings back his celebrated Homemade Wagyu Beef Wellington, a dish shaped by precision, patience, and quiet indulgence.

At its center: a Wagyu filet, seared to a deep mahogany crust.
Then comes a fragrant mushroom duxelles with shallots, thyme, garlic, and truffle, delicately flambéed with Pastis in the spirit of Provence.
Wrapped in Jambon de Bayonne and hand-rolled in butter-rich puff pastry, it is baked until beautifully golden and served with grilled asparagus, lemon-infused olive oil, and our silken morel mushroom sauce.

A rare dish, available in limited quantities only, while supplies last. First come, first served.
