A special thank you to Nikki for entrusting me with your fathers prized American Bee Journals from 1936, 1937, & 1938. As the caretaker of these sweet pieces of American Bee Journal history, I will do my best to keep them in great condition, learn from them, and pass them down to a future caretaker when the time comes.

Helped another beekeeper out today by doing this live water meter removal. No queen to be found but plenty of queen cells. Daytime removals always have some returning foragers after a removal. It’s expected and normal.
