I’m so excited to announce that Shabash is officially entering its Farmer’s Market Era! ✨This winter, we’re going to be a proud vendor at on Saturdays from January 11 - March 29, 2025 between 9am-1pm.

This is an INDOOR market so you can leave those hand-warmers at home! Come visit our stall to savor our signature karak chai, bun kebabs, paratha rolls and other delicious South Asian food. No entrance fees and free 2-hour validated parking will be available at the Roosevelt Collection!

We’re so grateful to all our customers, taste-testers, volunteers and supporters for helping us pursue our dream of making deliciously approachable South Asian food and share it with y’all. We would not be here without you so thank you so much! ❤️

Getting ready for dinners by the fireplace this winter with my stunning Masala Rack of Lamb with Patakha Potatoes. Succulent lamb marinated in traditional South Asian spices and pan roasted to perfection. Served alongside perfectly crispy spiced spuds and a cooling mint-cilantro chutney. This ain’t your average meat and potatoes! 🤗
