For Lorena, Pasta Prego is more than a restaurant. It’s family, tradition, and a love for bringing people together over a good meal.

The recipes, the familiar faces, the laughter coming from the tables, and the guests who have become friends over the years — that’s what makes Pasta Prego special.

Napa has changed so much over the years. We’ve become a destination for visitors from around the world, and we’re grateful for every person who walks through our doors.

But today, we want to say something especially to our Napa locals.

We haven’t forgotten who makes this community feel like home. It’s YOU.

We’re taking our Monday & Tuesday break, but don’t worry — the kitchen will be fired up and ready to welcome you back on Wednesday!

In the meantime, why not make plans for a little Italian comfort food this week? A plate of homemade pasta, a glass of w**e, and good company sounds like a pretty good reason to get together.

Our Stuffed Chicken Breast, served over creamy Mushroom Risotto, is one of those dishes!

Wondering what w**e to pair with it?

A beautiful Chardonnay is our first choice! Its buttery notes complement the creamy risotto, while its acidity balances the rich, savory flavors.

Prefer red? A Pinot Noir is another wonderful choice, especially with those earthy mushrooms.
