Happy Thursday everyone and a SPECIAL Thursday to us indeed! Today marks SIX official years in business for us! 🥳🥳🥳

What started off in our small hometown in Ashley as a family business with minimal equipment and much smaller building, to moving here in nanticoke!
We can’t thank our customers enough over the years for continuing to support our small business as everyone navigates through their own financial hardships.

We thought we would do a little Intro of who’s behind the scenes here at the deli!

Meet Blaise, our full time manager and mom of 3 boys! You will usually see Blaise working in the back of our house, prepping for all the homemade goodies, fulfilling orders, and helping out with customer & phone orders. On Thursdays you’ll find her making pasties, and running around making orders too- but it really takes our little village to keep this place running!

This is the main reason we aren’t open on weekends, is because this is the time she has to spend with her children.

Outside of work, Blaise enjoys watching her oldest play baseball, the beach, amusement parks, just basically anything she can be present for with her kids 🫶🏻 being a mom is her first job, and this place falls right after it being one of her “children” as she says 😂

Our family will be traveling to Jamaica in June of 2027 to watch her and her fiancée & father of her children, to finally tie the knot! 💍

We are here TODAY & TOMORROW until 5pm! Get your fix in before the weekend!

We do understand that we are blocked at all ways here, BUT if you get into our parking lot, if you are turning right THERE IS NO WAIT.

If you are making a left out of the parking lot, unfortunately you will have to wait as they have it down to one road putting in gas lines just down the street.

If you call ahead, you can utilize our pick up window, just pull up, get your food, and gone 🎉
