The store was founded over 45 years ago by 1st generation German immigrant Franz Zoeller and it is owned today by Benjamin and Lidia. The Deli Has the famous meat deli that use the original German recipes, made from prime quality meat and all natural spices.

Dry lamb sausages are back!

We just finished a small, limited-run batch of our famous artisanal house-made lamb sausages.

These don’t come around often. We only make them when we can get the right lamb and have the time to do it right.

Next batch will be made around Christmas.

Come and get them before they’re gone.

​We know the road construction out front of Old Country Sausage is a real headache once again, and we know it makes getting to us a big hassle.

Last few days was really quiet at the deli.

​To say a massive "thank you" to everyone braving the detours to support us, and to help make back-to-school lunch packing a little easier, we are running a special sale!

​Everything you see in the photo is 25% OFF this weekend and we will stay open until 6pm tonight and will open our doors at 9am tomorrow morning to accommodate you.

Construction...here we go again!

​Just when we thought the roadwork was finally behind us, the heavy machinery is back out front of our German deli in Downtown Nampa this morning.

​Despite the dust, we are open!

Master Benny and Dimitri have fresh sausages and other cold cuts ready for you and Liliya is busy preparing German beer bread and bread pudding in the kitchen.

Just a reminder, we have plenty of parking in the back.

​With the kids heading back to school, we know the weeknights can get a little busy.

To help out with quick lunches and easy dinners, Master Benny and the team are running a Back-to-School special this week: 25% off our house-made Salami and classic Jagdwurst.

​Also, the family was busy in the kitchen this morning, and we have a completely fresh batch of our authentic German Potato Salad made for you! It’s the perfect side to pick up with your deli meats.

our traditional German beer bread and a fresh batch of handmade pepperoni sticks.

​The ovens have been busy, so we also have plenty of fresh Brötchen and warm pretzels ready for your weekend table.

​We just weighed the final packs from our limited batch of Habanero Bratwursts.

As you can see, there is around 15 lbs left on the scale.
